Add a layout image on the BrandBird canvas in two ways: 1. Via the “Images” sidebar section and using the upload button 2. Paste an image to BrandBird (CMD+V or CTRL+V for Windows)

Open the top header’s canvas dimensions menu, and click the "Fit canvas to image button" (No.1 & 2).

Adjust the padding around the image with the "Scale" slider on the sidebar (No.3).

The text layer allows you to both resize & scale the text to improve your editing experience.

1. The handles in the corners scale the text layer.

2. The handles in the left & right edges of the layer resize the layer’s width.

Each line fits the container width by default. That’s why resizing the layer width comes in handy.

Also, you can always force a new line by pressing “Enter” during typing.

Now, you can fully customize the style of your text layers. 

Add background to your text, colorful borders, split lines between your text, or even add text shadow to the letters.

Log in to your BrandBird and navigate to your personal account page at 

Enable the "Show my name, and avatar on BrandBird community" toggle to make your Creator Profile public.

Create a unique handle for your profile that will be used for your unique profile URL. Use a short handle to avoid creating a super long URL for your profile.

Also, keep in mind that changing your handle will automatically alter your public URL. Then, it's not wise to update your handle frequently.

How to use a saved template

  is a tool that can help you really speed up your design process. 

With the BrandBird Chrome extension you can screenshot the entire active tab of your browser or even extract a single element, and import it directly into the BrandBird studio.

The extension supports 4 basic actions: Visible Screen, Extract Element, Highlight Element and Create OG Image. Now let’s check each option in more detail.

This option allows you to screenshot the visible part of your active tab and import it as an image directly into the BrandBird studio.

This option allows you to extract any element in the visible browser tab and import it as an image into BrandBird studio.

Once you click this option from the BrandBird extension, the extension will disable the page scroll and allow you to extract only the elements in the visible part of your screen.

You can always exit the extraction mode by clicking Esc or by simply refreshing the tab.

This option allows you to pick any element in your visible browser tab, to be highlighted and imported as an image into BrandBird studio.

The extension highlights the element by zooming in and adding an overlay to the background. It automatically picks the color of the overlay (black or white) based on the website background.

This option helps you create an Open Graph image that you can use for your blog or website.

Once you click this option, the extension:

Grabs a screenshot of the active browser tab

Fetches the title, description, and logo of the website

Asks you to pick a fitting gradient background

Imports everything into BrandBird (using the Header feature)

In the BrandBird studio, you can customize the open graph image even further with mockups, 3D tilt effects, unique backgrounds, and many more options.

To import any text into the BrandBird editor:

Highlight the text that you want to import into BrandBird. 

Right-click on the text and choose the "Import text in BrandBird" option.

This action will launch the BrandBird studio, where your selected text will appear as a new text annotation layer.

To import any image into the BrandBird editor: 

Click the "Import image in BrandBird" option.

This action will launch the BrandBird studio, where your selected image will appear as a new image annotation layer.

To import a tweet into the BrandBird editor: 

Navigate to an individual tweet page (by clicking on the tweet)

Right-click anywhere on the page and select the "Import tweet in BrandBird" option.

This action will launch the BrandBird studio and import your tweet immediately. In the tweet import modal, you can customize the appearance of your tweet.

As a Twitter creator, the most simple trick to boost your growth is by re-posting your content on other social media platforms like Instagram & LinkedIn.

The problem with re-posting tweets is that you can't easily create images for other social media platform sizes. With BrandBird, that's easy as pie!

To import your tweet as an image into Brandbird, you need its unique URL. Hopefully, it's pretty straightforward to grab this URL.

Open your favorite tweet, and copy the URL from your browser URL bar.

Paste your URL to the input field and click "Import".

Your tweet is almost ready, you just need to customize its appearance. You can pick between dark & light modes, and show/hide different widgets (# of likes, retweets, comments, creation date).

Once you're satisfied with the style, click "Use Tweet" to import the image into the BrandBird canvas.

You can tweak further the background and add different styles to your tweet with the basic BrandBird editor. Like cool gradient backgrounds, 3D effects, shadows, and even annotate the image to highlight specific words.

The final step is to adjust the canvas dimensions. Open the canvas size menu on the top right corner of the page, and pick your desired dimensions.

The tweet will automatically adjust to the new dimensions, and you can export the image and post it on Instagram or LinkedIn 🙌

First, click the “Yearly” tab in the “Plans available” section, and then find the BrandBird Pro annual card and click “Continue”.

Stripe will calculate the new amount you have to pay automatically and prompt you to update your subscription.
