In this short tutorial, learn how to add the email/password login method to your account when you already use Google or Twitter auth.
Make sure you use the same email for social auth (Twitter, Google). If you need to switch to a different email, please contact us at [email protected].
- Visit the BrandBird forgot password page
- Enter the same email you use for your Twitter, or Google, login method
- Click the “Send reset email” button and go to your favorite email client
- Open your email client and find the reset email from BrandBird (check your Spam folder as well). Then, click the reset email button, and set up your new password.
The next time you try to log in to BrandBird, you can use either the email or social auth method.
